My form isn't sending the autoresponder message

Solution Is your form not sending the configured autoresponder e-mail message?

Make sure you have input field name where your visitors will enter their e-mail address:
1. login to your account
2. click "View/Edit" next to your form
3. make sure "Check if you want to use an autoresponder." is selected
4. make sure the field name matches the actual e-mail input field on your form, for example "E-mail:" (without the quotes)
5. enter your autoresponder message in the "Autoresponder message:" text box
6. click the "Save settings" button at the bottom of the page
