There is a 2Mb attached file size limit for your forms. Only one attachment is allowed per form. Allowed file extensions include:
*.gif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.zip, *.doc, *.docx, *.xls, *.xlsx, *.txt, *.pdf
Remember, greater form capacity and monthly submissions can be purchased for a one-time setup fee at any time.
* FREE plans have no advertising on their forms and no fees, but we require a link to FormNut.com from your Web site
so that we can continue to provide this service to businesses like yours. The FormNut.com link must remain on your Web site
at least as long as you use our services, otherwise we reserve the right to delete your account.
