My account was suspended, why?
In order to maintain a quality FREE service for a wide range of
webmasters and prevent any abuse of our service FormNut.com follows
strict guidelines when it comes to opening new accounts. If we are to keep
our FREE service up and running we have to follow them consistently. In order
to do that human editors review each new account within 24 hours and perform
regular checks of active accounts.
Was your account suspended? Upon request we may review your account again, but before
contacting us please check the common reasons
for suspending accounts and if you believe any of them applies to your account make
sure you fix it before sending a request to unsuspend your account!
What NOT to do if your account was suspended?
If your account was suspended please DO NOT OPEN A NEW ONE before contacting us.
By opening a new one you risk of having that one suspended as well as having your
information (IP, phone number, ...) completely banned from our service!
What to do if your account was suspended?
Please read this page carefully, make the necessary changes and contact us
for account reactivation.
Common reasons why new accounts are suspended

We require each new account owner to add and verify his/her telephone number.

All FREE account members are required to place a
link to www.FormNut.com to their website!
Your are notified about this throughout the signup process. This policy helps
us keep our service free. For link suggestions please click here
-> Your website is not available
If your website is not available for review (URL doesn't open, requires password to be opened,
is stored locally on intranet etc.) we consider this a red flag and suspend your
account. Again we are strict about this policy due to many abuses of our service
in the past.
-> You have a FREE or BASIC account but you claim your form is secure
Our FREE and BASIC accounts do NOT support secure forms, this is made clear on the
FormNut.com plans page. Therefor your form
mustn't say it is secure or processed by a secure server. We consider this as misleading
people who submit your form.
-> Your website has illegal, unethical or copyright-infringing content
We will not allow any sites with illegal, harassing, unethical or other
content which we, at our sole discretion, deem inappropriate. Same goes for
websites distributing unlicensed software, warez, cracks, and unauthorized movies or MP3s.
Adult sites may use our services as long as their content is legal (no child pornography).
If I fix this, will my account be reactivated?
Possibly yes, but please note we reserve the right to reject any signup/account/website
at any time without reason and without notice.
